Auction 28th July at 3pm

  • This parcel of land has been exceptionally well maintained and developed by the current owners.
  • The original farmyard consisting of a single block of sheds provides slatted cattle accommodation, hay sheds, calving boxes and a dry bedded shed with feed barriers.
  • This farmyard further benefits from a large concrete slab which was formerly used as a silage pit.
  • The lands are accessed by a high quality farm road where a converted polytunnel provides accommodation for 1500 hens while a further timber concrete and steel purpose built shed can accommodate 4040 birds. The feed bins attached to the hen houses are included in the sale while the feed bin in the main farmyard is not included.
  • The lands initially laid out either side of the farm roadway are all under top quality highly productive pasture, are extremely well fenced with a combination of sheep wire, barbed wire and electric fences.
  • While the farm has primarily been a Poultry Farm for the last number of years, it has also played host to a pure bred Simental herd and indeed the farm is suitable for any agricultural purpose.
