- Phase 3 comprises 4 acres which can be broken up into sites measuring from 0.5 Acres upwards. These sites can then be either partially or fully serviced depending on purchaser's requirements. Scurlockstown Business Park is a very successful edge of town industrial and business campus which has Phase 1 fully occupied and Phase 2 known as Scurlockstown Office Campus well under construction with occupation of Block 1 beginning April 2008.
- Scurlockstown Business Park is superbly located just 3km from Trim Town Centre on the Dublin Road. Trim is located towards the southwest of County Meath at the junction of the Dublin - Athboy Road (R154) and the road linking Kinnegad and Navan (R161). It is 45km from Dublin and 14.5km from Navan. The River Boyne flows through the town. The current population of Trim in the new census is in the region of 7,000 persons.
- The site itself is located in the most prominent position fronting onto the Dublin Road and allows huge visibility from a minimum of 600 metres in both directions.
- Phase 3 will allow the purchaser(s) to develop an office and light industrial development campus thus creating a blend of Phase 1 and Phase 2.
For Investors who are not themselves a developer, a facility has been put in place whereby a small number of developers can enter into a tender for the building contract of whatever site area is purchased. It is envisaged that this will not only be an extremely tax efficient method of purchasing office and light industrial units, it is designed to minimise the amount of time consuming input an Investor Purchaser would have to put in.
From Dublin take the N3 North to Fairyhouse junction and turn left. Proceed through Batterstown and Kiltale and Scurlockstown is approximately 4 miles from Kiltale on the right hand side opposite Jack Quinn's Pub - Teach Scurlog.
